We have reached the limit of TCP/IP and what it can do. We need to develop a new transport layer protocol to deliver lethal force to the end user. Proper checks and balances need to be maintained to avoid abuse, but the applications are many, from spam deletion to mass genocide due to flame wars. Lethal force over IP, or LF/IP needs to become a reality.
